About Dr. Ro
DOCTOR FOR MEN’S HEALTH
For more than three decades, I served on the front lines of medicine, most of that time in the ER.
I cared for men in their most vulnerable and life-threatening moments. Night after night, I saw heart attacks, strokes, and burnout — crises that could have been prevented if someone had reached them earlier, before quiet desperation turned into collapse.
I reached a point where I could no longer be satisfied patching people up and sending them back into the same cycle. So after 35 years and 170,000 patients, I made the hardest decision of my career: I left emergency medicine to pursue my true calling — helping men reclaim their energy, confidence, and purpose.
Back in the Game Men™ and The RECLAIM™ Method were born from that decision. They aren’t just programs; they’re my mission. To help you step back into your prime, so you can lead with strength and clarity — and so your partner, your family, and your legacy feel the difference too.
And because reclaiming your prime isn’t just a medical process but a lived experience, I’ve designed this as concierge medicine at its highest level. That means direct physician access, daily coaching in the beginning, weekly precision calls, and cutting-edge precision medicine — available exclusively to men in Texas, Georgia, and Florida who refuse to settle for decline.
I left the ER to build this for you. Not just to prevent disease, but to give you back the energy and clarity to live fully, lead boldly, and leave a legacy that matters.

My Story
From Breakdown to Breakthrough: My RECLAIM Story
Age 48
At 51, after two back surgeries and a shoulder repair, I did what most men do — I accepted it.
I told myself, “This is just me getting older.”
My workouts became rare. I shifted into a lower-activity lifestyle. I started slowly withdrawing from the man I used to be.
In a well-meaning attempt to feel better, I tried a vegan diet.
But instead of clarity and energy, I got brain fog, and the inflammation in my knees and hips worsened. I was trying to do everything right — and still feeling wrong.
Age 62
Then in 2017, I read The Plant Paradox by Dr. Steven Gundry. It changed my life.
Within one month of following his recommendations, I dropped 15 pounds, my inflammation calmed, and I started running again. I built a home gym. I felt alive.
And it didn’t stop there.
I ran a root-cause test on myself and dialed in a diet that worked with my body, not against it.
I became obsessed — in the best way — with everything related to health, energy, and longevity.
I wasn’t just healing my body. I was rediscovering the kid in me — curiosity, fun, and joy came back online.
Then came the first epiphany:
This new way of living wasn’t just helping me heal — it was turning me into a better version of myself. More present, more powerful, more at peace.
And the second hit even harder:
As a physician... had I been part of the problem instead of the solution?
I had spent years studying what goes wrong in the body — but never stopped to truly ask what helps it go right.
That moment launched me into an 8-year journey — a relentless pursuit of the real root causes of disease, dysfunction, and disconnection.
